Rules and regulations in the museum are adjusted based on the measures taken by the government with regard to the coronavirus. On this page, we will inform you about some frequently asked questions during this period. This page will be updated regularly with new information.

Update: 25 February 2022

The museum is open again. Reservations are not needed, spontaneous visits are possible. As of Friday 25 February, measures regarding the coronavirus have been lifted and the museum can be visited normally again.


1. Are you open?

2. Do I need to show a corona pass to enter the museum?

No, it is currently not required to show a corona pass to enter the museum. Click here for more information on the Dutch corona pass system.

3. Do I need to wear a facemask in the museum?

No, it is not mandatory to wear a facemask at the moment.

4. Do I need to make a reservation for my visit?

No, at the moment it is not mandatory. Spontaneous visits are possible.

5. Can I also make reservations by telephone?

6. I have a question about my online ticket. Where can I go for changes, cancellations, or other questions?

7. Can I use the library?

Yes, the library is accessible when the museum is open.
