1. Are you open?

Yes, the museum is open again. Per the current coronavirus measures in the Netherlands, we’re open every day from 10 am to 5 pm. Click here for more information.

2. Do I need to show a corona pass to enter the museum?

Yes, as of 6 November 2021 you will be required to show a valid corona pass and proof of identity to enter the museum. Click here for more information on the Dutch corona pass system.

3. Do I need to wear a facemask in the museum?

Yes, wearing a facemask during your museum visit is mandatory.

4. Do I need to make a reservation for my visit?

No, at the moment it is not mandatory. Spontaneous visits are possible, though registration of name and some contact information is required.

If you visit us spontaneously, it is possible that you have to wait a little while when it is busy; people with a reservation will then go first. This way we can distribute our visitors throughout the day and ensure a good flow and a safe visit to the museum for everyone.

5. Can I also make reservations by telephone?

Reservations can currently only be made via the online system, it is not possible to make reservations by phone or email. Do you need help with making a reservation? Please contact the customer service of our ticket provider via: +31 (0)20 244 2877 or support@globalticket.nl.

6. Can I also make a reservation if I have a Museumkaart, ICOM card, or Stadspas?

Yes, you can then reserve a corresponding free ticket and show it during your visit in combination with the relevant card.

7. I have a question about my ticket. Where can I go for changes, cancellations, or other questions?

On the support page of our ticket partner Global Ticket, you will find the answers to the most frequently asked questions about your ticket.

8. Can I use the library?

The library is accessible when the museum is open. Some conditions apply: mandatory hand disinfection, max. 3 persons and max. 1,5 hours per person (when it’s busy).

9. I have a question or remark, how can I reach you?

You can reach us via info@huismarseille.nl.

We thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation, together we can ensure a pleasant and safe museum visit.
